-First Contact: Typically, this is through a phone call or email. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, any immediate concerns, and schedule an initial session.

-Intake Session: The first session is an in-depth intake, lasting about 60 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This session helps me understand your background and what you hope to achieve.

-Assessment: Over the next few sessions, I will conduct a thorough assessment. This may involve discussing your personal history, relationships, mental health symptoms, and any relevant medical information.

-Goal Setting: Based on the assessment, we will collaboratively set specific, measurable goals for your therapy. These goals will guide our work together and provide a benchmark for measuring progress.

-Creating a Plan: I will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This plan will outline the therapeutic approaches we will use, the frequency of sessions, and any additional resources or exercises that may be helpful.

-Regular Sessions: Sessions are usually 50-55 minutes long and held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability. During these sessions, we will work on the issues discussed in the intake and assessment phases.
