Message to clients

It's a new era for mental health. Mental health used to be seen as a heavy subject and talk of "therapy" was hush-hush. Thankfully, things have changed. Today's therapists, like me, look at things differently: Mental health is something we can tend to every day – and even laugh along the way. Therapy provides the tools that can help us learn how to navigate life more effectively, even when we seem to be getting by pretty well. These therapeutic tools help us discover new ways to reflect, assess, and make choices that are true to who we are and where we're going.

Here's the thing: Your life will not always be the way it is today. Some days will be amazing. Others... not so much. The reality is, if you're living, you'll experience the good, the bad and everything in between. Sometimes you'll feel totally on track, and other times, you'll be convinced you've lost your way. It's my job to teach you how to use the tools of therapy to troubleshoot and solve life's challenges, big and small alike.
