Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWTanejah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who completed a master’s degree in May 2020 from Simmons University in Boston, MA. Tanejah offers empowering and compassionate therapy for adolescents, young adults, adults, individuals, and couples. Tanejah specializes in many different forms of trauma which include but not limited to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), Sexual Trauma, and Human Trafficking. In addition, she supports individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and stress.
Tanejah uses Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Coping Skills, Trauma Informed Care, Solution Focused Therapy, Shadow Work and Motivational Interviewing to support her clients. Tanejah can assist individuals in crisis, address their most important needs and take immediate action under pressure. Tanejah uses her experiences and training as a psychotherapist to help clients find solutions to difficult problems, build courage to face their fears, and to cope with overwhelming stress. Tanejah can give practical feedback, actionable advice, and can teach you different forms of coping.
Tanejah is passionate about her work with clients. She promotes safety, honesty, transparency, and empower you in all areas of your life. Outside of work, Tanejah enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her free time, she enjoys working out, walking in nature, traveling, and eating a good meal.
