Onetara Counseling is intended to be a haven for holistic mental health services. We design to foster healing, discovery, and authenticity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Work Group Practice, we are proudly founded by Uche Okolie and passionately committed to providing mental health services to the BIPOC community.

How does payment work at your practice?

Our fees range from $75-$150 depending on the service being offered. We are happy to provide Superbills for out of network insurance reimbursement, and sliding scale agreements.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Veterans' issues - Coping with reactions of exposure to life-threatening or traumatic events; supporting veterans and their families adjusting to civilian life

Childhood trauma - Learning how traumatic events in childhood can translate into adulthood; processing through difficult memories with the goal of moving past the experience and lingering symptoms
