Professional statement

Therapy is a collaborative partnership based on the importance of human connections. Your life experiences may have you feeling some hesitation to be vulnerable. Whatever brought you here, however, has motivated you to explore what is beyond your comfort zone; that is bravery!

When working together in an honest and non-judgmental way, we can relieve the sharpness of day to day and significant life conflicts. Together, we can create a treatment approach to address your individual needs so you can confidently be your authentic self.

Tiffany is a licensed independent clinical social worker with years of professional experience working with individuals, groups, and communities. Her background includes education and social work; her passion is increasing access to knowledge, insight, and resources in an empowering manner. She believes you are the author of your story, and you have strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges and conflicts.

Taking this first step to seeking a more fulfilling, peaceful, and happier life takes courage. If you would like to work with Tiffany, you can schedule a 15-minute initial consultation.

Message to clients

How uncomfortable do you have to be to make a change? It's human to be afraid of the unknown. Sometimes we know we need to make changes, but aren't sure how to, when, or even what needs to change. What supports might help us along the way? Sometimes we need an empathetic ear to hear our stories to help us make sense of what we have going on in our lives. Whether it is career challenges, family or relationship issues, coming out a bit later in life, or the existential questions that have your mind racing, therapy can help dial down the noise so that you can hear yourself.
