Dr. Tracy Singer is a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland and Washington, DC. Dr. Tracy Singer works with clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and collaborates with them to find their inner strengths while also helping them to make desired changes in their life. She works with clients to explore beliefs about themselves, others, and the systems they exist within, while also integrating adaptive strategies that are tailored to each client and their experiences.
Therapy sessions with Dr. Singer integrate both insight-oriented and skills-based approaches. She gently explores the underlying causes of symptoms and helps to increase awareness into emotional and relational patterns while also attending to practical strategies that can help alleviate distress.
