Professional statement

Trista’s approach feels relational and gentle, but is actionable and goal-oriented. She recognizes many problems are often rooted in past experiences, particularly those that were traumatic or difficult to process at the time. Her goal is to help you identify and work through these underlying issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. To achieve this, she creates a safe and supportive environment where you can begin to process your emotions and work toward healing.

Message to clients

I have a passion to help you live from your core self. When this happens, our life works better–we handle stress better, we make better choices, and we have improved life satisfaction. When we are not living from our core, we lack self-knowledge and feel disconnected. Together we can work to understand who you are on a deeper level and help you connect with what makes you who you are.

I will lead our sessions together with empathy, while also driving you toward action and goal-setting. I understand that life is not a straight line and will encourage you through setbacks and challenges. Our ultimate goal together will be for you to achieve greater self-power and confidence.
