Message to clients

Are you suffering from gastrointestinal issues, TMJ, panic attacks, sadness, sleep disturbance, feel disconnected or easily triggered by relationship issues? Does life feel like a grind and you find yourself stuck in the same pattern?

Your mind is powerful, but your body holds onto the unresolved past. Therefore, we need a mind-body approach to make lasting changes. I work through a relational, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed approach. I will help you find the root cause of your current struggles, identify and transform limiting thoughts and self-sabotaging behavior patterns and process the unresolved past that hold you back, combining CBT with evidence-based and integrative treatment methods including EMDR, Parts work (IFS), and somatic approach. I'll give you tools to regulate your emotions and nervous system, so you can find safety in your own body. As a creative arts therapist, I also incoorporate art, movement and music as an safe outlet of self-expression and deeper exploration of your rich inner world.

If you are an Asian American and/or an immigrant, I have the cultural competence to help you navigate the unique cultural complexities and challenges you may face.
