I am a Master Class trained in Brainspotting, a focused-mindfulness-body-based trauma healing intervention that supports people to heal from traumatic experiences and engage in expansion work for improvement in quality of life.I incorporate Brainspotting techniques into conventional talk therapy, with the aim of accessing unconscious traumatic experiences for conscious processing. This integrative approach is designed to alleviate sudden acute anxiety and/or depression of unknown origin and address chronic pain
