At ABIDE Counseling, we offer individualized psychotherapy services to clients 18 years and older. We offer individual, couples', and family therapy. Minors are welcomed as part of family therapy.
At our practice, you will participate in evidence-based therapy to help you meet your goals in the context of a safe, compassionate relationship with your therapist.
We are intentionally a small group practice, because we value quality over quantity when it comes to the care we provide. Therapists are humans too, so we holistically support our team as people so that we can provide wholehearted, present, therapeutic care to our clients.
Spiritual integration, whatever your faith background or practice, allows our therapists to help you heal as a whole person and tap into all the resources available to you to increase your inner peace and sense of purpose in life.
