Practice Information

Adloquium Psychological Services is a therapy practice located in Baltimore, MD founded on the belief that therapy should be modern and accessible. They provide expert mental health services for young adults and adults who want to make meaningful, lasting change in their lives. They not only want to reduce their mental health symptoms but also increase the amount of joy and positivity they experience on a daily basis. They might face challenges like depression, anxiety, addiction, difficulty finding meaning, or the stress of a difficult job or academic course.

The therapists at Adloquium Psychological Services adjust their therapy approaches depending on their clients. For some clients, elements of gaming are involved in the healing process or as a way of self-exploration. For other clients, therapists apply an existential-humanist lens so there can be robust conversation about the larger questions in life about purpose and fulfillment. In this way, therapy at Adloquium Psychological Services is seen as creative and flexible. The therapists also use more traditional therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.

Adloquium Psychological Services value each client’s individual story. They believe that prioritizing mental health and well-being can have a major impact on one’s life, and advocate that their clients take time for self-exploration and personal growth, especially in the pursuit of reduced symptoms.
