At AMCSI, we strive to make mental health care accessible and affordable. We accept most major insurance plans, but if we don’t take your insurance, sessions are $150 per hour. To ensure services remain within reach, we offer a sliding scale based on your financial situation, helping to reduce costs where needed. Additionally, we provide low-cost subscription packages with flexible payment options starting as low as $35 per month. These packages are designed to make regular counseling more affordable, so you can prioritize your mental health without financial strain. We are committed to working with you to find a payment option that fits your needs.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Entrepreneur mental health - Processing through the emotional highs and lows of running a business; learning about one’s values and exploring how these values impact the decisions that one makes for the business
