At Bold North Psychotherapy, we believe in a holistic approach to health and healing. Through an integration of several theories and ideologies, we work with individuals, couples and any constellation of family members, specializing in relational therapy.
The person we are today has much to do with the relationships we've experienced throughout the course of our lives. Each person has a unique story to tell and that story is a critical component of who we are and guides who we become. Our goal is to create a safe space with the right conditions for change where each client or relationship is able to increase awareness and find a lasting impact.
There can be many underlying causes of mental, emotional, and psychological symptoms. Through the relationships built, we ultimately hope you will be able to increase life satisfaction and overall wellness.
