Practice Information

Hello! We're Dr. Dennis, Maddy, Matt, and Dr. Korey. We believe that while life is hard, every human being has the potential to surmount stress and strain. Whether you're experiencing relationship issues, work stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic pain, chronic illness, or other concerns, our goal is to help you find meaning, self-respect, growth, and resilience. We're passionate about helping you increase your ability to weather and recover from difficult moments in the future. We'll do this by leveraging your strengths and building your coping skills to help you manage stress and create a life you want to live.

Our approach stems from the belief that all humans have innate value and worth, and that all behaviors meet a need. We’ll work with you to examine the bio-psycho-social factors that influence your overall wellness, and we'll use empathy, authenticity, a non-judgmental stance and science-driven interventions to unlock and harness your internal resilience.

Therapy can be a confusing and scary endeavor, and we take seriously the fact that you're putting your trust in us. We are happy to speak with you to address any questions about our services and to get to know each other more. We invite you to message us here or visit us at the CPGR website to learn more about us and our practice.
