Practice Information

Dreavita is a trauma-informed, identity-affirming group practice offering online therapy and coaching across the U.S. and internationally. Our diverse team of licensed therapists and wellness professionals provides care for adults, teens, couples, and families, with expertise in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

We specialize in supporting clients navigating complex identities, systemic stress, and lived experiences often overlooked in traditional therapy settings. Whether you're a first-generation college student, a new parent facing burnout, a neurodivergent creative, or someone reckoning with spiritual or political anxiety, our team will meet you with empathy, cultural humility, and a personalized approach to care.

At Dreavita, healing is not one-size-fits-all. We use a wide range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic-based therapy. We also provide coaching and holistic support for clients outside the U.S., and offer Spanish-language services. You’ll be matched with a provider who fits your needs, values, and goals — and who brings both clinical skill and real-world insight to the work.

We believe mental health care should be ethical, collaborative, and built for the real world — and we’re here to help you build a life that reflects your most authentic self.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Dreavita offers individual therapy, couples therapy, family and teen counseling, coaching, and trauma-informed group offerings. All services are virtual and available across multiple states, including Florida, Texas, Connecticut, and California. Our therapists and coaches bring lived experience and clinical expertise to help clients feel supported in anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting stress, and major life transitions. We also offer coaching across international borders for clients seeking holistic, goal-focused support that extends beyond clinical care.

What are your practice's specialties?

We specialize in anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and C-PTSD), life transitions, ADHD, neurodivergence, and depression. Our team includes therapists with specific expertise in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, first-generation clients, BIPOC communities, and those navigating identity, spirituality, or systemic stress. We offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming therapy with a strong emphasis on emotional safety and values-based care. Whether you’re facing burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or climate/political anxiety, we’ll help you find clarity and healing.

Why should I choose your practice?

Dreavita stands apart through our trauma-informed, equity-driven approach and commitment to clinician well-being. We are more than a therapy group — we are a movement for ethical, human-centered mental health care. Our providers are diverse in identity, clinical background, and lived experience, offering clients deeply personalized support rooted in cultural awareness and mutual respect. We’re flexible, inclusive, and trained in a wide range of modalities — and we’re committed to meeting you with care that adapts to your needs, not the other way around.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in-network with many major insurance plans and employee assistance programs (EAPs). For clients using private pay, we offer clear, consistent session rates and flexible scheduling options. Our team can also provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits and support you in navigating reimbursement. Some of our clinicians work through third-party platforms that manage billing directly, and our coaching services are self-pay only. We are committed to transparency and access — and we’re happy to help you find the best-fit financial arrangement.
