Grow Therapy is a group of 300+ therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who offer affordable and holistic mental healthcare via teletherapy and in-office care. With the benefit of a large group comes the ability to offer you the partnership of experienced mental health providers who are trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and specializations. We value the importance of finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with (particularly since you’ll probably cover some tough subjects), so our client care coordinator will work with you directly to find the perfect therapist based on your preferences and treatment goals. They’ll also make sure to find someone who accepts your insurance so that you don’t end up stuck with a big bill. Not sure what you’re looking for in a therapist? No problem - our care coordinators will ask you a few questions to better understand what you might need.
Call us today to take the first step in building the tools you need to uncover your strength and the inspiration to act upon it. Your provider will start forming a therapeutic alliance with you from day one so that you can make meaningful changes to improve your mental wellbeing.
Grow Therapy makes paying for your therapy sessions easy. After each visit, we automatically bill your insurance, and if you have a copay or deductible, we'll charge the card you have on file with us. The price for our self-pay visits varies by therapist, ranging from $75-150.
Don't know your copay or deductible? Reach out to your insurance company to confirm, then give us a call!
