Welcome to One Stop Wellness MD. We specialize in mental and physical wellness. Our services include mental health assessment, psychiatric medication management and mental health counseling. We are conveniently located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We offer online visits in all three states as well as in-person visit at select locations.

Here at One Stop Wellness MD, we are in-network with most commercial insurance as well as Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $150-$300 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
Initial therapy session: $300/session (60min)
Follow up therapy session: $250/session (60min)
Medication management and therapy sessions: $200/session (40min)
Medication management sessions: $150/session (30min)
One Stop Wellness MD is a full-service therapy practice with locations in NJ, DE and PA. We offer individual, couples and group therapy sessions.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Caregiver stress & support - Coping with anxiety, stress, fatigue, and burnout related to caring for a loved one; balancing the needs of others with one's own needs and health
Child mental health - Specialized strategies for common childhood disorders including attention issues, attachment problems, behavioral disorders, learning disorders, autism spectrum diagnoses, and feeding or elimination issues.
College & graduate student mental health - Specialized strategies for common issues of young adulthood, including school and career stressors, support around healthy relationships, existential concerns, drug or alcohol issues, eating disorders, and anxiety and/or depression.
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.
