"Ms. Philbin taught me a great amount about serving a family with multitude layers to the client and family as well as the community resources that are available. She also took me into her part time practice and taught me a great deal about diagnosing, testing, and follow up with the clients with ADHD and ADD across the life span."
- Meredith Logan, RN, NP student • June 2016"I would highly recommend Ms. Philbin. She comes with a great deal of experience working with individuals and their various needs. Sharon’s patients feel very comfortable coming in to see her and discussing their various medical issues with her. I have seen first hand the positive outcomes she has made in individuals' lives. She is a hard, dedicated worker who takes the time to get to know her patients and, more importantly, follow up with them. Sharon has had many years of experience in the medical field."
