Anahita (Ana) Kashefi is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Couples and Sex Therapist in Beverly Hills. Ana works with both couples and individuals addressing relationship challenges. As a couple’s therapist, she helps clients communicate effectively and empathically, reconnect intimately, manage transitions, or re-evaluate their relationship. Ana provides one-on-one therapy to help her clients improve their relationship with themselves, navigate the modern dating world, identify and work through insecurities and improve their self-worth.
Ana also comes from a strong creative background that gives her a unique understanding of the industry & those in creative fields. She frequently works with performers, artists, and writers coping with issues unique to the creative fields – such as creative blocks, performance anxiety and perfectionism getting in the way of reaching their full potential.
Ana brings warmth, compassion, and insight, where clients can explore their feelings in a nonjudgmental and safe space. She draws from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory and CBT modalities within a creative framework to help clients set realistic goals and work toward change. Ana is also a skilled clinician in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for those who suffer from anxiety, depression, or trauma and interested in an alternate healing modality.
Previous to her psychotherapy background, Ana also worked with one of the nation’s leading dating coaches and matchmakers and brings this perspective into her work in helping individuals navigate dating and relationships. She continues to train and consult with leaders in the field of Couples and Sex Therapy.
