Message to clients

It is my opinion that the process, the goals, and the benefits derived from therapy can be abreviated to one word, "Change." Coming to therapy is typically at the request for a change in life. Some clients are looking to change their behaviors, or the to rid themselves of anxiety, temper tantrums, or arguments from their lives. Each session is an opportunity to gain greater awareness and perspective on the things going on in your life, or in your mind, or even in the mind of someone else. With each session we work together to move towards BETTER, a life that is better than it was yesterday. For most of us, better will translate to a greater sense of joy and happiness in life, a more meaningful life.
