Caitlin is a California LMFT working with high-functioning women ages 18–35 who are general navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with demanding lifestyles.
She supports women experiencing emotional concerns related to hormonal imbalances, including PCOS, as well as spouses/partners of military, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Her approach is laid-back while remaining grounded in holistic care, positive psychology, and a strengths-based perspective. Caitlin integrates elements of wellness coaching and faith, when desired, to help clients create greater balance, and overall well-being.
Telehealth appointments are in an audio format, which is well-suited for the clients in her practice. Offering flexibility and convenience, to engage in therapy in a way that fits seamlessly into their often busy daily lives. Her therapeutic style is nonjudgmental and authentic. Striving to model what she encourages in her clients: progress over perfection. You’ll often find Caitlin in athleisure (a nod to her sports background as a soccer player) embracing a grounded approach inspired by the restorative qualities of nature. She joyfully integrates Ecotherapy, as walk-and-talk sessions can offer powerful benefits, including bilateral stimulation that supports emotional and cognitive processing. She’ll often take Telehealth outdoors while walking and invites clients who are physically able to do the same virtually.
This is an authentic space where you can be fully yourself, and take steps toward growth with self compassion.
