Professional statement

Caitlin Weber is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in CA. She has a genuine and authentic approach to life's various challenges. Caitlin is calm and refreshing. As a human being herself, she welcomes all emotions without shame or judgment. Caitlin is passionate about empowering people to tell their stories in transformative ways. Many of her clients are navigating anxiety and stress as they go through life transitions, finding it difficult to adjust, whether due to a change in their careers, environments, or in relationship status. She also supports those struggling with boundaries or self-care and any who suffer from health conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

Caitlin’s goal when working with clients is to help them grow their mind-body awareness, identity, and healthy coping skills. She brings positive psychology into sessions, encouraging clients to reframe situations and practice self-compassion. She creates a warm, down-to-earth environment, leading clients to feeling safe when talking about their lives. “Come as you are,” is one of her invitations here. For her modalities, Caitlin draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapy; she quickly adapts well to her clients needs. Clients learn how to become more aware of their patterns and to reflect on their instincts, needs, and motivations.

Growing up as a child athlete impacted Caitlin's perspective on mind-body awareness, hormone regulation, identity, performance and burnout preventions. Additionally, being exposed to Psychology early on and embarking on her own wellness journey- expanded her priority for Positive Psychology, cultural diversity, preventative healthcare practices, and creative interventions. Caitlin earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She has additional training in Relationship Counseling and Fitness Nutrition. Currently, she enjoy’s working with female young adults and adults. Caitlin enjoys blending her background in athletics with her dedication to promoting holistic wellbeing.

Message to clients

Hello :) I warmly welcome you here! I enjoy the opportunity to work with people wanting to encounter their authentic selves and true potential. If this is something that connects with you, or maybe even feel more curious about? Then I am happy to discuss further. Therapy and wellness coaching can truly be transformative- if you are open and willing to commit to this unique process. I understand that investing in yourself and your health can feel vulnerable or maybe even overwhelming at times. One of the most important factors here can be the genuine relationship that is built between a client and their mental health Practitioner.

I believe that hearing someone's story is sacred. I feel honored to provide a safe place where you can fully and wholly be your (unfiltered) self. Psychotherapy can provide you with a supportive space to navigate past, present and future situations. Improving your self esteem, coping skills, resilience and relationships- deepening your insight and cultivating a more purposeful, peaceful, freeing and fulfilling lifestyle. If you are wanting to take the next steps in your wellness journey then I am here for you and excited to begin/collaborate together. You are not alone. Please feel free to reach out via email, phone call, at my website or you can schedule directly here for our initial 10-15 minute complimentary phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
