Caitlin Weber is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in CA. She has a genuine and authentic approach to life's various challenges. Caitlin is calm and refreshing. As a human being herself, she welcomes all emotions without shame or judgment. Caitlin is passionate about empowering people to tell their stories in transformative ways. Many of her clients are navigating anxiety and stress as they go through life transitions, finding it difficult to adjust, whether due to a change in their careers, environments, or in relationship status. She also supports those struggling with boundaries or self-care and any who suffer from health conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
Caitlin’s goal when working with clients is to help them grow their mind-body awareness, identity, and healthy coping skills. She brings positive psychology into sessions, encouraging clients to reframe situations and practice self-compassion. She creates a warm, down-to-earth environment, leading clients to feeling safe when talking about their lives. “Come as you are,” is one of her invitations here. For her modalities, Caitlin draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapy; she quickly adapts well to her clients needs. Clients learn how to become more aware of their patterns and to reflect on their instincts, needs, and motivations.
Growing up as a child athlete impacted Caitlin's perspective on mind-body awareness, hormone regulation, identity, performance and burnout preventions. Additionally, being exposed to Psychology early on and embarking on her own wellness journey- expanded her priority for Positive Psychology, cultural diversity, preventative healthcare practices, and creative interventions. Caitlin earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She has additional training in Relationship Counseling and Fitness Nutrition. Currently, she enjoy’s working with female young adults and adults. Caitlin enjoys blending her background in athletics with her dedication to promoting holistic wellbeing.
