Professional statement

Caitlin Weber is a board-licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMFT). Specializing in PCOS, and Women's Wellness. Superbill's for Telehealth are also provided for insurance reimbursements. Caitlin only works with women wanting to encounter their authentic selves, and true potential for optimal well-being. Welcoming faith integration, and various modalities for growth. Will email prior to booking.

Caitlin has an authentic, and calm approach in sessions. Welcoming all emotions without shame or judgment. Caitlin is passionate about empowering females. Providing accountability, and helping navigate anxiety or stress during life transitions, and adjustments. She supports females struggling with self-care. Seeing conditions such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and hormonal imbalances.

The goal here when working with clients is to help them grow their mind-body awareness, identity, and healthy coping skills. As a Wellness coach, she brings Positive Psychology into sessions. Encouraging clients to reframe situations, and practice self-compassion. In a down-to-earth environment here, women can feel comfortable talking. “Come as you are,” is her invitation. For her modalities, Caitlin draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic theories. As a person-centered Clinician, she creatively adapts to her clients presenting concerns. Clients will learn how to become more autonomous, and self-aware. Also, reflecting deeper on their intuition, patterns, feelings, values, and motivations.

Growing up as a child athlete impacted Caitlin's perspective on mind-body awareness, hormone regulation, identity, performance, and burnout preventions. Both being exposed to Psychology early on, and embarking on her own Wellness journey- all expanded her priority for Positive Psychology, preventative Healthcare practices, and creative lifestyle interventions.

Caitlin earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She has additional Trainings/Certifications in Relationship Counseling, and Fitness Nutrition Coaching. Primarily working with females ages 18-35. Caitlin enjoys blending her background in athletics with her dedication to promoting holistic well-being.

Message to clients

I warmly welcome you here! I enjoy working with women wanting to encounter their authentic selves, and true potential. If this is something that connects with you, or you even feel more curious about- I am happy to discuss further. I understand that investing in yourself and your health can feel vulnerable or even overwhelming at times. I believe that hearing someone's story is sacred. Therefore, sessions are a safe space where you can fully be your (unfiltered) self. Psychotherapy, and Wellness coaching can be transformative. If you are open, and willing to commit to this unique process.

In sessions, I can simply collaborate with you. Offering support as you navigate through life’s many changes, and choices. You are the expert of your life. I can help you to help yourself. You will get out of therapy what you put into it. Consistency is key for growth. Deepening your insight, cultivating a more purposeful, peaceful, freeing, and fulfilling lifestyle.

You are not alone. If you are ready to take the next steps in your Wellness journey I am here for you. You can inquire for an initial 10 minute complimentary phone consultation. I will also email you prior to booking a Telehealth (audio) appointment. With additional Telehealth screening/questioners to discuss the best next steps, and right fit for you. Otherwise, I will provide any needed referrals. I look forward to connecting with you soon. Thank you!
