She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University and is an active partner and collaborator in her clients’ healing processes. My practice offers personalized therapies tailored to each client’s unique situation. My therapies and treatment methods include both traditional and evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. These evidence-based therapies can help you develop effective coping techniques and strategies to help manage anxiety, build confidence, and establish healthier relationships.

I also offer in-depth goal-setting sessions to ensure you can successfully establish and maintain the changes you are striving for, and give you the necessary tools to create a happier life.
