Message to clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the many challenges you face in your life? Do you want to improve your self-esteem, identity, and relationships? If so, you are not alone. Many people struggle with these issues, and I am here to support you. I work with people from all walks of life, and I have a special passion for helping people who are biracial or multiracial and those who are exploring their sexual and gender identity. I also help people cope with change and transition and develop healthy relationships through effective communication and positive self-esteem.

I am a queer, biracial (Black/White), feminist multicultural psychologist who values diversity, equity, and social justice. I believe that we need to consider the social context of each person, as our environment, culture, and social position affect our strengths and challenges. My approach is integrative and combines humanistic, dynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and multicultural feminist perspectives that foster positive coping and resilience.

I would love to hear from you and learn more about your story. Please contact me to schedule a free consultation with our admin team. I look forward to working with you! 😊
