Message to clients

Living through one unprecedented time after the other is dysregulating to say the least. Learning to take care of yourself and be in a world that values overproduction and doing is challenging. I show up in my sessions and groups as myself and I hope that you are able to show up with all your parts and quirks too. Healing and knowing ourselves is a lifelong journey. The practice is the process. I hope that you can slow down for even a breath, feel your feet on the ground and maybe notice one beautiful thing today. Remember, we all go through seasons, just like any other part of nature. It would be unreasonable to think that a Dahlia will bloom all year, that Deciduous trees will keep their leaves through winter or that rotting fruit does not need composting. I invite you to consider the seasonality and cyclical nature of life. If we get the opportunity to work with each other, I look forward to supporting you in the season that you are in.
