Professional statement

Dr. Ting-Ting is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens and adults overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work issues, and trauma.

Many of her clients are going through difficult life transitions, struggle with knowing what they want or need, how to communicate those wants or needs effectively or feel a lack of control over themselves or their lives. Therapy can be a powerful tool in these moments to support creating positive change. Dr. Ting-Ting is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and figure out how to move through and forward in challenging times.

She integrates evidence-based approaches in her work with clients such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients move forward with their lives. She will often teach helpful coping and communications skills so people can navigate their emotions or relationships with more ease and has experience with helping individuals who present with some safety concerns. She is passionate about issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
