Professional statement

I have 10 years of experience in Psychiatric Hospitals/Facilities and Community based agencies. I specialize in African American psychology, and how the residual effects of slavery, racism, systematic stressors, toxic culture norms and religious trauma hinders our relationship building, hinders our happiness and exacerbates our stress.

In addition, I also have a strong background in trauma, depression, anxiety, several forms of psychosis and personality disorders.

My community focus are Black and Brown people but I am clinically and culturally competent to help all people heal and become better, regardless of race or ethnicity.

The reality is lot of people have been hurt by people who should have loved them (parents, friends, family, caregivers, institutions) As a result we have developed Toxic ways of connecting, parenting, loving each other, loving self and building relationships. The pain from this toxicity can paralyze our peace and hinder our happiness.

I know things maybe heavy right now so whatever you are facing let me help.

Schedule your consultation TODAY! I believe with your commitment to the therapeutic process & my experience and clinical ability, we can bring healing, wholeness and peace into your world. Let me help you become the best version of yourself possible.

Let me help you find your happy.

Message to clients

The reality is lot of people including me, have been hurt by people who should have loved them (parents, friends, family, caregivers, institutions) As a result we have developed Toxic ways of connecting, parenting, loving each other, loving self and building relationships.

The pain from this toxicity can paralyze our peace and hinder our happiness. Generational Traumas, unhealthy attachment styles, unprocessed grief, loss, pain from broken relationships can all cause dysfunctionality, sadness, and feelings of despair.

There is a proverb that says the more we run from pain the more it hurts and hinder us, the more we face it, the less we feel it.

I know things maybe heavy right now so whatever you are facing let me help.
