Message to clients

My approach to therapy takes a holistic perspective, taking into account your entire mind and body to find the best treatment plan for you. This means not only addressing your psychological symptoms, but also your diet, exercise, sleep patterns, hormones, physical health, sexual functioning, social support, environmental factors, and toxins, as all of these can have a direct impact on your emotional well-being.

While I work with a variety of issues, I specialize in helping those struggling with trauma, self-esteem, and relationships. If you are willing to do some work outside of our sessions, such as reading, watching instructional videos, and practicing new skills, we can make even faster progress towards your goals.

Feel free to reach out to me for a free 10-minute consultation. Best times to reach me are before 11 a.m CST, from 2 to 3, or after 7 pm. Message me for my number. I look forward to chatting with you!
