With over 15 years of experience, Elida has assisted many clients in overcoming a variety of challenges and achieving greater emotional wellness.

One of Elida's areas of expertise is Medical Family Therapy, which involves helping clients and families manage the effects of illness on their lives. She understands that illness can be a significant source of stress and anxiety, not just for the person experiencing it, but also for their loved ones. That's why Elida offers specialized care to help clients and families cope with the emotional and practical challenges of health issues. She provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, fears, and hopes for the future.

In her practice, Elida utilizes Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, two evidence-based approaches that help clients make positive changes in their lives. Narrative Therapy allows clients to explore and understand the unique stories and experiences that have shaped their lives, empowering them to reclaim their sense of agency and purpose. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back from achieving their goals.

Elida's approach to therapy is highly personalized, and she tailors her techniques to each client's unique needs and preferences. She believes that every client has the potential for growth and healing, and she works tirelessly to help her clients achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives. If you're struggling with life's challenges, Elida is here to help.

Message to clients

As a therapist, I view therapy as a collaborative process where I work together with my clients to help them identify and achieve their goals. I understand that seeking help can be difficult, and that's why I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation, helping individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, and to gain new skills and perspectives that can support them in all areas of their lives. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or just looking to explore new ways of thinking and being, I'm here to help you on your journey.

I understand that seeking help can be challenging and commend those who take the first step in reaching out for support. So one of my priorities is to ensure that clients receive the help they need as soon as possible. My goal is that you get an appointment within 48 hours of your call. Additionally, I recognize that traditional business hours may not always work for everyone. That's why I offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments, to accommodate your schedule and ensure that you have access to the support you need. You can trust that with me, you'll be able to find a convenient time for your therapy sessions without having to sacrifice other important commitments or activities in your life
