Message to clients

In my work with you, I put all my energy into asking you deep questions with the aim of giving you the space to get to know yourself better. At times, this can be fun and at other times, it can be a challenge to see yourself in the mirror. I confidently hold a safe space for you regardless! Doing this type of deep inner work requires commitment to the process and so I provide integration assignments to allow you to continue doing the work even when you are not in session. My ultimate goal in my work is to serve as one of your catalysts for your personal transformation, growth and ultimately a new level of love for yourself.
