Message to clients

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist (CA#PSY33571) based in Santa Barbara, California. I am seeing clients in person or via video calls. In therapy, my goal is to support you to live more fully by identifying existing patterns, finding new ways to relate to yourself, others, and your environment, and learning new ways to approach your emotions. I take an integrative approach, applying my training in practices of acceptance and mindfulness to reach your goals. My clients report increased confidence to experience intense emotions and to respond to themselves and others with greater effectiveness and compassion.
