Relationship issues - I help clients navigate relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, conflict, and emotional disconnection, to build healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
Family issues - I help clients explore family dynamics shaped by trauma, culture, and life transitions, with a focus on boundaries, communication, and emotional safety.
Race & cultural identity - I support clients exploring race and cultural identity, including experiences of marginalization, belonging, and self-understanding, in a culturally affirming and reflective space.
Loss, grief, and bereavement - I support clients through loss, grief, and bereavement, offering a compassionate space to process sadness, anger, guilt, and the many emotions that accompany loss.
Anxiety - I help clients manage anxiety by understanding underlying patterns, building coping skills, and creating a greater sense of calm and confidence in daily life.
Life transitions - I work with individuals facing life transitions, including changes in work, relationships, health, or family roles. Together, we explore what’s ending, what’s emerging, and how to stay grounded during periods of change.
