I enjoy working with adolescents and adults presenting with concerns around relationships and attachment, self-esteem, life transitions, and identity. Although I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavioral (DBT) therapeutic techniques when clinically appropriate. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University and have worked at various hospitals, schools, college counseling centers, and mental health clinics.
Whether it be with individuals, couples, groups, or families, I strive to facilitate a deepening of the relationship with self and other.
Additionally, I offer consultations, presentations and workshops geared toward integrating physical and emotional health and wellness practices. Please inquire if interested to learn more.
