Jess holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has extensive experience working for seven years with Sage Integrative Health. She is also a Level One practitioner of Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic therapy, weaving these practices into her holistic approach to healing.
