Professional statement

Jess Daily, LMFT, is a committed practitioner of holistic and integral healing. She helps clients uncover the root causes of their present experiences. She emphasizes that healing involves learning to embody, study, and understand one's entire being as an essential and consistent part of who they are and how one interacts with the world.

Jess works with a multidisciplinary, comprehensive, and personalized approach to healing. Jess loves working with clients who face a wide range of needs, including existential pain and suffering, early attachment injuries, complex trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, isolation, and disconnection.

Her approach touches on many facets of a person’s life, including the physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and even ancestral dimensions.

She utilizes various techniques such as deep listening practices, mindfulness, somatic-based awareness practices like Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, mind-body medicine, and spiritual counseling to support her work. Jess believes that healing is an integral and holistic experience that centers on reconnecting with the resources that nourish and guide us, instilling wisdom and love, mainly through a connection to the natural world, which connects us to the sacredness of life.

Jess Daily has a deep and reverent practice of working with divinity and spirituality through nature-based connection. She brings a rich background in functional medicine, health coaching, contemplative practices, ritual, and initiation thresholds to her work, integrating mind and body healing. Jess holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has extensive experience working for seven years with Sage Integrative Health. She is also a Level One practitioner of Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic therapy, weaving these practices into her holistic approach to healing.
