Kaitlin creates an environment that is interactive and non-judgmental, with the client being the expert on how they are doing. Kaitlin is dedicated in meeting the client where they are at, understanding past experiences (ex. trauma), and present stressors impact the client. Kaitlin works closely with clients focus on strengths they have and ways to apply them, along with being able to look at things through a different lens to gain a different perspective while building their self-confidence.
Kaitlin is passionate in holding the hope for their clients when it is hard to see it for themselves. Kaitlin is dedicated in clients creating their own change through counseling and finding healthier ways to handle life stressors, dysregulation of emotions, past experiences that impact them in the present and build confidence in themselves.
