Dr. Lauren D. Pitts is a licensed couple, marriage & family therapist and life coach located in Fort Worth, TX. She specializes in trauma informed care, relationship issues, family conflict, marital and premarital issues, mental performance, and personal & professional development among other specialty areas.

Dr. Pitts is also the CEO and Founder of Legacy Counseling & Life Coaching, LLC with a focus on empowering, liberating, and transforming the lives of clients by educating and equipping them with practical, strength-based, systemic, holistic, and innovative solutions to address issues and challenges faced in life across all domains personally and professionally.
