Lisa Phillips, ATR-BC, LCAT, ATCS specializes in adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Also, couples having relationship issues. Her goal as your therapist is to help you feel safe, understood, and find healthy coping skills to best address your needs. As an artist and therapist, Lisa encourages the client to use their creative side (everyone has one) and talk therapy to express themselves to be able to develop the tools needed to help achieve and maintain a reconnection with themselves.
