The real healing will occur with the depth work she is adept at facilitating for you in the sacred space of the therapeutic relationship: To decrease challenging thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in order for you to be more aligned with your true authentic self. As a pastoral counselor, Lynelle is also available to assist you on your spiritual journey.
Lynelle's style is active, engaging, curious and direct. When clients first start therapy, she establishes a strong therapeutic bond wherein they feel safe and heard.
Lynelle received their Masters in Relationship and Pastoral Therapy from Seattle University where her theological formation and clinical training shaped her as a holistic and advanced clinician.
