Message to clients

You may be feeling lonely, stuck, anxious, sad or struggling in your relationships. You've tried to manage on your own but now realize that a professional may be needed to help you move past this challenging time in your life. You are not alone; many people seek therapy for just these reasons and psychotherapy is an effective treatment. I use warmth, humor, mindfulness and research-backed methods to help you overcome your anxieties, sadness, roadblocks and struggles.

I specialize in relationships, whether that is with your partner, family, grieving a relationship loss, or as a single person dating. The techniques I use have been shown to help people move through painful times to find more satisfaction, ease and joy.
