Dr. Marlin “Chris” Wolf is a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist located in St. Augustine, FL. Dr. Chris is passionate about providing collaborative services to those clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, insomnia, and feelings of disconnection from others. Dr. Chris helps these clients to feel confident in themselves while giving them a safe space to process through their thoughts and feelings.
In sessions with clients, Dr. Chris adjusts his approach depending on the client’s goals, personality, and situation. He provides coaching services to help clients reach their goals, including determining the next small steps to take to reach those goals. This is especially helpful for clients who have goals for their professional performance. Dr. Chris is an expert at mind-body techniques for clients to help them grow their overall strengths and success. This holistic approach includes mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or quick coherence.
Dr. Chris earned his Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Temple University. He has a post-doctoral specialization in neuropsychology studying brain-behavior relationships. He is welcoming to clients of all backgrounds and identities and specializes in supporting veterans. He has over thirty years of experience working in behavioral health.
