Message to clients

I believe that when we feel stuck, a shift in perspective can make all the difference. While we all have the capacity for this shift, it’s often hard to do it alone. In these moments, non-judgmental support from another human can be invaluable. When you work with me, you’ll find respect, curiosity, warmth, and a touch of humor guiding our journey together.

Sometimes clients hesitate to share what they truly need to express, saying things like ‘too much information’ or ‘I don’t want to burden you.’ Often, these thoughts are wrapped in shame or seem too painful to discuss. Here’s the thing: If you can experience it and still be alive, I can survive hearing about it. More than just surviving your story, I am genuinely eager to dig deep with you. We often hide our greatest treasures in the darkest corners of our psyche. It is an honor for me to hold space for another human to shed light on what they have kept in the shadows.

With over 13 years of counseling experience, including 6 years with EMDR, I’ve heard many deeply personal stories, held space for intense emotions, and witnessed words spoken for the first time. None of it has ever felt like too much for me. You are a multilayered, complex human being, and there is no part of you that is unacceptable. I’m here to help you grasp that truth on an intrinsic level, beyond just intellectual understanding.
