Message to clients

Psychotherapy is a process by which progress and healing involves a deep commitment to yourself, the courage to face your challenges, and the belief that change is possible. Taking that first step is often the most difficult one, whether you're trying out therapy for the first time or have decided to return. My approach is collaborative and I aim to ensure a safe, private and inviting space where, together, we can sort through and make sense of your struggles and use these insights as a stage for change and transformation.
