In addition to therapy, Dr. Horn offers life coaching for clients who wish to achieve peak performance in life, sport, or work and realize their full potential.

Dr. Horn specializes in helping those who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, or a harsh inner critic, to obtain the tools and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and begin to thrive. She is knowledgeable about how to help her clients refine and develop the skills they need to move towards a healthy future. She combines her expertise with personalized care to ensure her clients achieve real, long-lasting change. Dr. Horn primarily offers telehealth sessions. She is affiliated with Denver Sports Recovery, where she offers in-person sessions on a case-by-case basis.

Message to clients

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, sadness, or motivation you are not alone. Many of us encounter roadblocks that interfere with our ability to live a life full of joy, meaning, purpose, and vitality. Sometimes our thoughts and emotions keep us stuck and cause us to feel we are merely surviving rather than thriving.

As a psychologist and coach, I am here to guide you along your journey to better health and wellness. Whether you are looking to make a major life change or a small adjustment I am here to help you move toward your vision for the future. Let's work together to identify what’s holding you back, overcome the roadblocks, and help you transform into your happiest and healthiest self.

As a human being, I understand wanting to live, not simply exist. Throughout my life I have learned that setting achievable goals and dreaming big can co-exist. I have used many of the same strategies I use in my professional work to achieve my own personal goals. If we are honest with ourselves about what we want, have the courage to work at it day after day, and embrace progress over perfection, we are capable of achieving so much more than we thought possible. Let me help you create a life that is overflowing with the experiences and purpose you’ve always wanted.

If you think we might be a good fit, contact me to schedule a free consultation today. I look forward to hearing from you!
