Message to clients

What Makes Me Unique?

I have the extensive professional education and training you expect from a psychologist, the innovation and ingenuity you expect from a life coach, and the personal life experiences and philosophy you expect from someone who knows what its like to want to live, not simply exist. Let me help you create a life that’s overflowing with the experiences and purpose you’ve always wanted.

What I value as a person is the same as what I value as a professional: prioritizing health and wellness, doing things that bring us joy and meaning, and creating a healthy balance of relaxation and challenge. My experiences as a psychologist, nutrition coach, athlete and adventurer have taught me that fear of failure can keep us from some of the most gratifying and enjoyable moments in life. If we are honest with ourselves about what we want, have the courage to work at it day after day, and embrace progress over perfection, we are capable of achieving so much more than we thought possible.

I look forward to hearing from you!
