Natasha is passionate about supporting clients experiencing perinatal mental health issues during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She also enjoys working with college/graduate students, survivors of sexual assault, healthcare workers, and people who have experienced reproductive and/or medical trauma.

Message to clients

I strongly believe that we deal with things when we’re ready. You might be seeking therapy because you know it’s time to peel back layers of trauma, anxiety, or stress that are overwhelming your authentic self and getting in the way of your goals. As a therapist, I prioritize having authentic, collaborative, and transformative relationships with my clients. At the end of the day, it is important to have a strong relationship in therapy, so I bring myself to this work with respect and compassion for each person who walks in the door.

I am informed by the Internal Family Systems model, with a focus on social justice & feminist therapy. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out to me.
