Professional statement

Oluremi Ladeji is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Garland, TX. He specializes in supporting clients of all ages to navigate and to manage heightened emotions like anger or anxiety. Often, his clients find themselves struggling to manage their emotions after trauma or major life changes such as divorce or loss of a loved one. Oluremi also works with blended or adopted families to find common ground and healthy bonding.

Oluremi practices multiple therapy approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Christian therapy. Oluremi takes a unique approach to working with each client, understanding that each person’s needs from therapy are different, especially depending where they are on their therapy journey.

Oluremi earned a Master’s degree from Amberton University and is a member of the American Christian Counseling Association. His sessions embrace the bravery it takes to reach out for help and to begin along the pathway of transformation.

Message to clients

I want you to know that counseling with me is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly share your thoughts, struggles, fears, and hopes. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel heard, understood, and valued throughout the counseling process. I understand that seeking help can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming at times, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone.

With many years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I recognize that every person’s story is unique. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with compassion, practical strategies, and Christian principles when desired, to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a special passion for helping children and families experiencing high-conflict divorce and emotional distress.

My hope for you is that through counseling, you will gain greater self-awareness, emotional healing, healthier coping skills, and confidence to move toward the life you desire. I believe growth and change are possible, and I am honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
