Message to clients

If you’re feeling down, overwhelmed, outraged, stuck or that “something is off” it’s so painful. It’s also a good sign! It means that you are self-aware and don’t want to get stuck there. Therapy is a good place to help you feel better. I offer you a space to be seen and heard as a whole person with strengths and find ways to feel better.

I see clients at least once a week or sometimes several times a week over the course of several months or years depending on your needs. If you are interested, meeting at least three times per week allows you to engage in an in-depth and consistent exploration of yourself.

I work with clients located in New York and New Jersey by phone, FaceTime, Zoom or other HIPAA compliant video platform from your computer, smart phone, or iPad. Our sessions are typically 45 minutes or longer if needed.

I look forward to connecting with you soon for a free initial 15 minute either by phone or video. You can get a chance to see if it is a good fit and how I can best help you with whatever you’re going through right now. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
