Message to clients

I provide services for children/teens and adults in need of individual, family, and couple's therapy. Majority of my clients are individuals who might have anxiety or depression from their work, school, family, or relationship. Some report feeling down, having low energy, not sleeping well, or not being interested in things they used to enjoy. I am non-judgmental and non-biased. I believe that everyone has their own unique story to tell, and I am here to listen without judgment. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I accept all clients regardless of gender, sexuality, race, culture, spirituality, or religion. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or beliefs. I am also committed to confidentiality.
