Professional statement

I work with college-aged women and recent grads facing challenges like relationship shifts, career transitions and self-doubt. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your current struggles, uncover strengths, and build insights to help you approach life with resilience and confidence.

In our sessions, we'll use several approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps us identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Mindfulness keeps you grounded in the present, helping reduce stress. Psychodynamic therapy lets us explore how past experiences may affect you now. Together, these tools can build your self-awareness to feel confident in managing life's challenges.

I graduated from Loyola University Chicago's highly regarded clinical social work program, where I concentrated in mental health and a sub-concentration in substance abuse, I'm a licensed master social worker dedicated to practical, skills-based support for managing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or trauma.

I offer therapy sessions online via video. I'm available most weekdays from 10am-6pm.

Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that it’s okay to feel a mix of emotions about it—nervousness, excitement, or even uncertainty. This is your space to explore what’s happening in your life without judgment. Whether you're here to process emotions, build new skills, or gain clarity on who you are and where you're headed, our work together will be centered around your needs and goals. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin; therapy is a space where you can untangle the questions and challenges as they arise.

My hope for you is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, heard, and understood—a space that allows you to embrace your strengths and confront your struggles with compassion and curiosity. Growth can be challenging, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and tools to help you navigate this journey. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a collaborative process to move toward the life you envision.

As we begin, I encourage you to bring your authentic self into our sessions. You don’t need to censor your thoughts or feelings—this is a space created entirely for you. While the process of therapy may not always feel easy, I’m here to support you every step of the way, providing a safe and empowering environment where you can truly thrive.
