Specialties

High Achievers - My consulting practice has allowed me to specialize in supporting executives, artists, and athletes, helping them navigate the high-stakes environments in which they operate. If you require an additional level of privacy because of your profession or social standing, I offer privacy protection beyond the stringent ethical and legal protections already in place. Please reach out to discuss your needs.

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - In addition to talk therapy for PTSD, I am trained in EMDR, ART, and IFS. EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that uses either eye movements or bilateral tactile or auditory stimulation to help a person heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of traumatic life experiences. ART is a newer evidence-based treatment for a number of conditions including PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self image, job-related stress, grief, OCD, phobias, and others.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - I can help you recover from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect in childhood. I use a combination of EMDR, ART, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and psychodynamic therapy to help you heal from long-standing and repeated traumas.

Narcissistic Abuse - Narcissistic abuse is a type of emotional abuse perpetrated by an abuser who has an inflated sense of self and only cares about themselves. Using evidence-based techniques, I help clients regain their sense of self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and develop strategies to cope with the effects of the abuse. We may also address any underlying trauma and work towards rebuilding a stronger and healthier sense of self.
