Dr. Condon is Founder and Clinical Director of The Flatiron Center for Psychotherapy and an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor. He sees clients both virtually and in-person in his offices in the Flatiron District of Manhattan.
In over two decades as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Condon has worked with a diverse array of clients across a wide variety of settings. He has been a Team Leader on a psychiatric inpatient unit, a Supervising Psychologist in a partial hospital program (PHP), a Senior Psychologist in skilled nursing and rehab facilities, and the Director of Psychological Assessment in a large urban hospital. He has even assessed senior level Fortune 500 executives for selection and development. Most recently, Dr. Condon developed the person-centered model of The Flatiron Center, where he provides individual psychological services and oversees the training and professional development of other psychologists.
Dr. Condon has helped many clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career issues, personality disorders, trauma, and other issues and concerns. His approach is holistic, humanistic, and person centered, and incorporates psychodynamic approaches, CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness. Dr. Condon is deeply committed to ensuring that he and all of the clinicians at The Flatiron Center provide the highest quality psychological care to all our clients.
