Professional statement

I am a New York-raised psychotherapist who specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery and attachment wounds. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Nyack College.

I believe empathy and compassion are the doorways to gaining a deep understanding of your needs. Together, I create a safe space for you to dig into the crevices of your soul and heal in a way that breaks habitual patterns, creates healthy thinking patterns, and helps you better cope with and navigate life’s challenges.

I achieve this work by using a mixture of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy approaches.
